Managing/coordinating day to day routine operations in terms of front of the house (dine-in, take away & delivery) and back of the house. Monitor operations & initiate corrective actions.

Consistently follows and achieves budgeted sales targets as per the annual operating plan.
Make sure standard operating procedures are followed to the core.

Focus on hygiene & sanitation compliances.
Focus on health & safety of restaurant employees.
Assure proper staffing and training of employees.
Assure efficient restaurant operations, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality and Guest service standards (100% total guest satisfaction).
Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant guest complaints.
Making sure all Menu items are available, all required inventory items are well maintained and arranged before time.
Takes positive interest in all marketing & promotion activities initiated by Company,
Assure daily briefing of employees on topline & bottom-line achievements & challenges.
Training & evaluate Employees performance.
Controls cost & minimize waste.
Consistently keeps a check on Management information system reports to understand challenges & opportunities. Understands & prepares profit & loss statement.
Assure all Company properties are handled appropriately and informs the management if there are any damages.
Salary: INR 3,00,000 - 5,00,000 P.A.
