Strategizing & Planning
Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
Driving sales initiatives and achieve desired targets with overall responsibility of Growth and explore marketing avenues to build consumer preference & drive volumes
New Client Acquisition through identifying business opportunities and potential clients in targeted segments to secure profitable business
Maintaining relationship with clients for lead generation.
Formulating and implementing business plans to further augment growth.
Building an extensive client base, and market development
Setup new business for business partners in institutions.
Researching the Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
Ensuring that newly identified opportunities are in line with risk management and diversification strategies.
Maintaining the highest level of confidentiality in during the whole cycle of the business opportunity
Market Mapping, analyse the sale of product, Cost to Benefit Analysis, Feasibility/profitability Analysis, Proposal design and Negotiating toward Closure of Account
Coordinate market research and analysis, prepare detailed reports outlining trends and opportunities, in collaboration with senior management, created sales forecasts and revenue targets
Performing competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends to achieve market share metrics
Key Account Management
Handling key accounts with multiple vending machines across different locations.
Generate the revenue by Identifying, analysing and acquiring accounts across India for Coffee/Tea Vending machines services.
Developing relationships with key decision-makers in target organisations for business development.
Interfacing with the clients for suggesting the most viable product range and cultivating relations with them for securing repeat business.
Coordination with service team for resolving client grievances.
Feedback collection from clients for improving the overall services.
Maintaining close rapport with the customers to ensure continuous business growth
Train and lead a dedicated sales team
To lead and motivate the team for placement of the machines
Managing a team of Sales Trainees, Sales Executives, Service Team Technician/Supervisors
Regular coordination with operations, service, logistics and accounts department to ensure smooth business process at different levels
To distribute the work amongst the subordinates
Monitor the work of subordinates
