Identify, initiate and leverage partnership programs to build awareness of the company brand and drive incremental sales through alternative channels. Driving Sales in tandem with the Sales Team would be an essential prerequisite to head this profile.
Create and execute a dynamic marketing plan that will build the company into a dominant brand, including the development of a consistent message integrated across all programs, promotions, products, and services. The Market Share in West and Pan India have different specific nuances-all have to be borne in ind while executing such strategies.
Exploring ways of improving existing products and services and increasing competitiveness.
Indirectly lead a market research-cum-end user insights' function that will improve product development and new product introductions and guide the design effort, ensuring leading-edge, consumer-driven products and designs that meet manufacturing and cost goals.
Ensure timely finalisation of Marketing Budget with the AOP for the business. Also to manage the production of promotional material. Preparing and managing monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing department. This should be finalised on real time basis with the Sales Team.
Identifying target markets and developing strategies to communicate with them.
Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer personas. This may also involve setting up a potent Customer Care team.
Lead all our marketing activities from social media and digital campaigns to advertising and creative projects. This includes ATL, BTL & TTL initiatives.
Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share. Coordinate Sales and Marketing efforts to boost brand awareness-this calls for close interaction and working with the Sales Team.
Deploying successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution-own this loop.
Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors; especially the Online Portals like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door.
Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features). This is essential from the point of Aligning own strategies with the unforeseen market twists to identify opportunities for growth.
Development of Branding plan which identifies and defines the current and future positioning.
Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups.
Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis.
Design branding, positioning and pricing strategies. Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material).
Desired Candidate Profile
10-15 Years of past marketing and branding experience in FMCG with an MBA in Marketing from Tier-2/3 B-School. Should have profound experience of handling a Brand Manager's profile.
Experienced in running successful marketing campaigns.
Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate.
Should be well versed with the different channels of Sales in an FMCG/F&B industry segment.
A history of successful brand management and equity building.
Should have worked on statistical insights of market reports, researsch, market share data, etc.
Salary: INR 15,00,000 - 18,00,000 PA.
